Return Policy

At Herbivore LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the original packaging remains unopened and intact.

General Merchandise: Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt (based on the invoice date). The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Herbivore LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
